Instructions
For the Perfect Cup of Coffee: 1. Grind your coffee according to your brewing method; coarse for French presses & percolators, medium for automatic drip brewers and fine for espresso machines. 2. As a general rule, use 2 tablespoons of coffee to 6 ounces of filtered water. The most important thing is to brew the coffee the way you like it. 3. To preserve freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. It is not necessary to refrigerate or freeze coffee.

I'll Take a Second Cup of This Coffee
I really enjoy the smooth, full flavor of this coffee. The closest I can come to describing the flavor is lightly caramelized blueberry, a nice new taste for me. I use a pour-over filter drip coffee maker. I use a stainless steel filter and pour-over coffee kettle with built in thermometer. The 575 cc's water temperature is 200 degrees F. I grind a heaping 2 1/2 T. scoop of beans on the medium just a hair toward coarse setting. After 5 minutes or so the coffee is ready. I pour it into a preheated thermos and savor the brew. It is worth the time and effort. Needless to say, this method is not practical if you are in a hurry. The quality of Equal Exchange coffee that I have used is consistently excellent and their price is competitive.
