I liked the the fact the product was in excellent condition, packaged well, had plastic, the Hawkins label was in tact (On the outside of box). Product matched (the number on the product card inside box matched the number on bottom of pressure cooker). However, I requested the 2.0 Litre, but was sent a 3.0 Litre! I already have a 3.0 Litre, the smaller size was what I needed! Still happy with purchase!
