Great for allergy kiddos!
My child has multiple food allergies (egg, dairy, all nuts, soy, sesame, fish) and these are a lifesaver for us! They dont taste exactly like a normal pancake but the consistency/texture is very close. Main difference in taste is its not quite as sweet and has more of a cinnamon (not spicy) taste, I like them, and they give my kid protein which he sometimes lacks!

the taste is good, it's not sweet but I like it because I can add my sweetener how I like it. it makes wonderful pancakes they are very light and airy. the ingredients are also good. the package is good in size, I make these pancakes every week and it now has been a month and I feel like it will last for two/three more. will definitely buy more!
