Don't overlook refurbished products.
I think that for the money, this being a refurbished unit. It works great. I've had no trouble with it. There are suggestions for things to make certain ways and within certain times online, but, like any other appliance or machine, you have to try it for yourself. Temperature and times vary based on the machine and this one does an amazing job at entering it is supposed to and is designed for. The clean up feature of the model SP101 is a huge convenience, and was a deciding factor, besides price, in choosing this model. It doesn't get very hot on top when using it but it gets hot enough that I wouldn't touch it. Over all it's a great appliance.
