I love them
When I first receive these I was not impressed. While they looked nice, they felt really lightweight which equates to cheap in my mind. Then I cooked with them and i feel like I owe somebody an apology! I love them. I made scrambled eggs, pot stickers, seared a roast and NOTHING has stuck to the pan. I have no idea bout the longevity of themvat this point, but for the moment, I'm sorta in love.

The Pioneer Woman Prairie Signature 14 piece cookware set is in the color, linen speckle. The set includes: 10 inch frying pan, 2 Qt. Sauce pan with lid, 4 Qt. Everyday pan with lid, 5 Qt. Dutch oven with lid, 10 inch griddle, 1 nylon spoon, 1 nylon slotted spatula, a spoon and lid rest, and 3 pot protectors in sizes small, medium and large. The pans are a durable cast aluminum with nonstick coating. They are lightweight and quite durable for any kind of use. The pans have a rapid and even heat distribution that helps to cook food evenly and thoroughly. The lids are a tempered glass with nice rounded handles for easy grip. The lids also have steam vents. The set is dishwasher safe. To properly care for pans it is recommended to condition them. You can do so by rubbing them down with oil over the surface. Conditioning your pans can help extend the life of them. The pans are safe for many types of heating elements including: electric, gas, vitroceramic, halogen, and are oven safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Included with the set is a small booklet of some of Ree's recipes. I used these pans last night to cook some steaks and sautée onions, peppers and mushrooms. The pans worked great! They were easy to wipe out and cooled down quickly after use. Im very excited to own these and I recommend to anyone looking for a good set!
Cast Aluminum Cookware set
I love this cookware set. All the advantages of stainless, cast iron and nonstick in one great product. Heats up faster than cast iron (and much lighter), heats more evenly than stainless and best nonstick I've ever used. The first test I tried was crepes, perfect, they never even tried to stick. My set is light in color, so I wanted to see if it would stain. I made a BBQ sauce, let it simmer/thicken for hrs. To clean it all I had to do was rinse with hot water and wipe it out. I've thrown away my old set of nonstick pots. I very highly recommend these for every kitchen. I know I'll never be without them again.
