I had three abdominal/colon surgeries this year and lost fifty pounds. I was afraid I wouldn't order the correct size. They would hurt my incisions and wouldn't hold up to an occasional bowel accident. Size Small was perfect. They are very comfortable and stretchy. They also hold up extremely well with accidents.
