Actually works! Love this brand

This is my 2nd bottle and can say it really works even without taking consistently. I just take randomly on those days I'm feeling off and helps my mood- this and go with the flow really do show immediate results. A plus is this is a great brand you can trust that cares about their customers

Makes a positive difference
