Invented by a pharmacist in 1960, it leaves an unpleasant yet harmless taste on your dog's fur to discourage licking, chewing and biting. Keeps dogs from licking wounds and hot spots, so they have a chance to heal properly. Safe for use on dogs, cats, and horses. Formulated to keep pets from mutilating themselves when injured or from hot spots, etc. It can also used on leather items to keep pets from chewing on them.
