I have been placed on a pre-diabetic diet, and this drink has saved me with my coffee and creamer intake. Two scoops, with 10-oz of water or milk. SO good!! Mocho and PB Mocho are my favorites. 20G of Protein, 3G sugar, low carbs.

Gotta have my coffee!

For those traveling, with kids, always on-the-go, these sample packs are perfect to keep one in the car, sports bag, purse, etc. It mixes incredibly well with water, milk, or even more coffee. I like all the flavors even the odd peanut butter coffee (add a 1/2 frozen banana instead of ice for a Funky Monkey coffee).
