terrible experience

paid for the item waited for the item to be delivered. the app said that the item was on its way it showed that it was on its way I was notified that was going to be delivered. the item was returned. Walmart claims that the seller did not have the item so they canceled the order after waiting for 5 days. customer service recommended to only buy items fulfilled by and carried by Walmart. so why let other sellers on this app
