I am writing to file a warranty claim for the brake rotors in this order. Although they were advertised for my 2002 Honda Civic, they are defective. Upon professional installation, the rotors caused a severe metal-on-metal grinding noise while the vehicle was in motion—even when the brakes were not applied. The technician determined that the rotors are out of spec and physically interfere with the brake assembly, making the car unsafe to drive. Under Detroit Axle's 10-Year Warranty for brake rotors, I am requesting a full refund. Because this is a safety and fitment defect, I am also requesting a prepaid return shipping label. Please resolve this immediately as the car is currently unusable with these parts
