I have really enjoyed using this Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk! I tasted this milk on its own first, and I really liked the flavor- coconuty and sweet but not overly sweet. It's really thick and rich, and I've found it perfect for cooking and smoothies! I used it in a lentil soup I made, and it worked perfectly as a thickening and slightly sweet addition. I also often make smoothies for breakfast, and I tried using this in place of my typical plant-based milk and loved it! I really like that this milk doesn't have a lot of added sugar, as I don't like things that are too sweet. The taste and creamy texture make it perfect for cooking, baking, and drinks, and overall, I'm really pleased with it! As an added bonus, this milk is shelf-stable before opening, making it an excellent addition to my pantry. I would definitely recommend this coconut milk!

I like this coconut milk. I like it's simplicity, but the water thins it out a bit and tames the flavor. If you want a milk substitute without a strong coconut flavor this may work for you. I do love a stronger flavor for something like coconut rice so I wouldn't use this for that, but it's great in smoothies and other things that don't require a strong coconut taste.
