Tracfone $10 Data Only Add On (3 GB) e-PIN Top Up (Email Delivery)

Card works but some dificulty/ problems. purchase of the data card was made using walmarts unsecure wifi. Both durring the purchase transaction, while trying to add the cards pin to my tracfone. Several times, I had to resubmit the purchase transaction before it finally allowed the transaction to complete. The other issue was that after receiving the purchase receipt via email while using the walmarts open wifi with the card pin, I was unable to add the card pin to my phone. First, I tried to add using text msging to customer service %23 611611 and was unsuccessful and was directed to call 611611 in order to speak to a CS representative but it was AI bot and not a live personal, and then when i attempted to add the card pin by calling customer service as instructed I was still not able to add the card pin. At that time, I received further instruction, which was to add by text msg via 611611. At this point, I had spent approximately 2 hours attempting to add the tracfone 3 gig data pin to my phone. This was a major inconvenience and was also quite stressful going round and round in circles with no success. However, I was eventually able to overcome the issue, but only after I had made a secure wifi connection. I believe the technical issues arose from making attempts while connected via walmarts unsecure wifi connection. In conclusion, to fix the technical issues, make sure you have a secure connection before you attempt to make purchases or add airtime/data plan cards to your tracfone.
