I should have purchased this long ago! I was using cast iron cookware and further damaging my arthritic hands without realizing it. When I purchased this I was amazed at how light it was and how easy to clean. I wish I had switched to this sooner. I like the size since I just cook for my husband and me and can easily put it in the cabinet without taking up a ton of space like a full-sized wok does. What I liked most about this granite wok with lid, displayed even heating thought out the pan on my gas stove. The handle stayed cool to touch while cooking on open flame. Very solid handle. The wok is not heavy when picking it up with the cooked food. Frying is smooth and easy. No stick. I used electric heat, so it takes a little longer to get the oil heated hot. Other frying pan works faster though. Overall, it is a good nonstick wok pan!
