dependability
I actually only bought this yesterday and plan to try it out today. I'm giving this review based on my past experience with a Black and Decker hand mixer. I received one as a wedding present 50 years ago and I'm still using it. The power cord on the old one is so frayed that I decided to get the new one for safety reasons, otherwise it still works great! I feel the company's dependability speaks for itself and I'm confident I'll be using this one for a long time.
