Need my monies refunded for this order. ASAP.

I ordered 2 boxes of Joy dish detergent, 38 oz bottles, 8/carton on March 21st. Only received 2 bottles on March 25th, what happened to my other 14 bottles. Walmart sent seller Office Depot two emails on my behalf. As of this date no one has contacted me. Please can someone help me with this issue to refund my monies.

This is very misleading! It does not talk about being purchased single, which makes you think you are getting a whole carton for the price mentioned, when it is only one bottle. OVER PRICED!!
