I absolutely love these protein shakes, and they also have 3 g of fiber, which is very helpful if you are trying to lose weight! They have the same amount of protein as the brand I was using before however, the ones I used did not have fiber. These protein shakes are thick and the chocolate taste is so delicious! I have not tried the vanilla ones yet, but that will be next!

I have tried several different brands of protein drinks from a little pricey to very expensive. In my opinion there is no other Chocolate protein drink that compares. I kept coming back to this one. Now, I don't even try others. The Equate brand does not have that chalky taste and it doesn't leave a bitter after taste. It is not too sweet. Some of the other protein drinks are too sweet. It is hard for me to eat enough to get all the protein the doctor wants me to have each day. Equate protein drink is a great way to add protein to my daily routine without adding a huge amount of calories. If it is going to be a busy day, I will drink one for breakfast. I keep some in the refrigerator at all times. I take them with me when I travel, as a meal on-the-go, and for each day while I'm away. I can't say enough good things about Equate chocolate protein drink. If you like chocolate, it's the one to get.
