Hubby loves these and says he believes they have helped him. There is no "spray options-no", as the prompts suggest. It does not contain any source of iron or calcium. But with my hubby having heart issues he takes them for heart health and gives him peace of mind in doing so. Again we are not doctors so this is just personal experience not recommendations.

Very happy with these CoQ10 gummies - other brands that I've used in the past have caused stomach discomfort (bloating, etc.) but the Spring Valley brand doesn't (because it doesn't have any soy in it). I am so happy to that I discovered this brand! The fruity tropical flavor of these gummies is nice.
