This protein powder has a great taste to it. I always use a mini blender to make my shakes. A little Ice,same frozen strawberries and half a banana a lil milk . 2 scoops of the powder and thts it. turns out delicious like a thick milk shake. take your time with it. I use a large straw and go slow. Avoid the brain freeze.lol

over priced, you need a minimum of 2 jugs a month just to get the basics nutrients out of them. almost $25 per jug. not happy with price, maybe $12 per jug, then I can afford 4 jugs a month
