Excellent Wok

The coating must be removed by an abrasive cleaning pad, along with warm soapy water. Rinse and pat dry using a towel or paper towel. Now, you are ready to pre-season on stovetop. Don't for get to use your oil after seasoning. I have seasoned mine and it turned out great. Also, there are a lot of videos on you-tube to help you with your pre-seasoned process. After you have seasoned your wok, you don't have to season it any more. Just rinse with warm water and add a thin layer of oil after each use to prevent rusting. The more you use your wok, the more it will become seasoned to keep the food from sticking. I have also cooked vegetable fried rice, and it turned out perfect! Excellent Wok! Excellent Choice!
