Getting some kind of dust when using this

I bought this item recently and got it yesterday. I charged it full and started using it on a 5 gallon bottle. Not sure why I'm getting some kind of particles on my water while dispensing. I got the purified water from Jewel Osco and it is very pure if I don't use this dispenser.
