First impression, dang it's expensive, but I was looking for a quality product. My son has had eczema since he was born and is prone to diaper rash. We tried several powders, creams, and aquaphor. They all "worked" with varying levels of success but would still cause breakouts and irritations often enough I kept searching. Regular fine baby powder breaks him out. In the summer, when we are outside pretty much all day, this powder keeps him dry, the calamine soothes his skin, and he's never had a breakout or irritation from it. Combining it with cotton cloths and coconut oil to reduce friction on the skin then the calamine AMB powder has saved my little dude from unneeded discomfort. He hasn't had an issue since we started the calamine powder. Still, the price hurts some months. I'll continue to use the powder due to its high quality and soothing effects for my son with eczema or sensitive skin. The bonus is AMB is made in the US by an US company.

I've used this powder for well over a decade for infant and child diaper irritation and chafing. I've even used it on myself a time or two when I've had irritation from moisture and rubbing. Scent is subtle, texture is as expected for powder but what's really hitting a home run is how well the product works. I use this in place of baby diaper creams. For me 90% of the time this soothes and stops the beginning of rashing. I don't use on open sores on skin but red rubbing raw spots, raised abraded skin, etc. I think it's a great product. Once I couldn't find in stores I began ordering on Amazon, but I have found it's more affordable and gives more quantity options on Walmarts shopping site. I will continue to purchase this product. I purchase for my family, my grandkids and often gift it to new parents.
