With 25 milligrams of diphenhydramine hydrochloride, these powerful and easy-to-swallow tablets with water make Bonine convenient for travelers and every day causes of nausea, dizziness and vomiting associated with motion sickness. Motion sickness occurs when your inner ear, eyes and deeper tissues of your body’s surface send mixed signals to your brain. That doesn’t happen when you’re walking or moving your body on your own, but when you’re being moved in a car, boat, train or plane, your internal sensors can go a little haywire and throw off your sense of balance, causing nausea or dizziness. Best motion sickness OTC meds I've ever tried. I even get car sick at the eye Dr's. Take one 30 minutes before travel and no worries of getting sick or even drowsy. No after taste. Worked for hours.
