I took this season right to the source . Beef ! I used ground bison and made some hamburger patties and then seasoned them on both sides with this seasoning man I'm gonna tell you right now. This season is so full of flavor ! Really really nice pepper flavors and light on the salt so if you are someone who does not care for a salt forward spice, this would be the one for you . Overall, across the board, you can't go wrong with this and I would highly recommend it in any kitchen . It truly is an original all of its own. I also wanted to make note that the container itself and the flip up lid and the holes that release the spices are superb quality . They are not flimsy if you have difficulty opening bottles of any kind or tops of spices this would be one that you would want to get because it's super easy to flip open and The flow of spice is perfect. It doesn't dump out, but it doesn't clump inside either.
