You can start out as slow as you need to with this… 1 on empty stomach up to 3 each time twice a day AM and PM. It will give you some diarrhea to start with, but eventually it clears out and you'll have perfectly formed bm's. It is excellent at removing cravings and keeps me regular especially good before beginning a diet plan. I have been using for over 10 years
