Instructions
Prepare: In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of water and entire package of dry mix to create a crumbly texture. In another bowl, beat 1 egg. Pound chicken pieces (boneless half breasts or thighs) to cook evenly and pat dry. Heat: Fill skillet halfway with oil and place over medium-high heat to reach 375 degrees F. Oil is ready to use when a pinch of breading dropped in the oil sizzles without burning. Fry: Dip chicken pieces in egg wash and then the dry crumble mix, pressing to coat fully. Add chicken to hot oil and cook each side for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from pan when juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Enjoy!

i thought it was really good! a few notes: one box of mix might do 2 or 3 chicken breasts. also, i always season my meat, even if the mixture is seasoned. tastes more like a popeyes sandwich vs a Chick-fil-A sandwich.
