These diapers are great for people who have to use diapers 24-hours/day. I use them during the day for my husband. He had a stroke and is unable to use his left side or walk. I use a more absorbent diaper for overnight., but in a pinch these work overnight as well. The material is smooth and supple, and well-padded. Big improvement from this brands' Ultra Absorbency diapers. My only complaint is that the two tab closures on each side are not evenly placed; they are slightly staggered, which makes the fit slightly uneven.
