I've been using this for years, at first you might not like how it feels when washing your face because of the little vitamin B5 beads that's mixed in. But use it when you shower before shaving after you get out. I use it every other shower and within a week you will tell by how your shin feels smoother making it easier when shaving. I wash my whole face with this stuff, forehead, around the eyes and especially under your chin down your neck. Once you get used to it you'll see what I'm saying. I'm almost 69 and my doctor even telling me I don't even look 69, but I will say, I think it's because of this face wash, opens up the pours and washing off dead skin cells from your face. Try a bottle, and don't wimp out use all of it before you say it doesn't help. I really think it does help in a lot of ways.
