Since I've been using frog fuel, I have noticed some serious changes. The first and major difference I have seen is the amount of bloating that has regressed since I stopped drinking large amounts of protein powder in conjunction with other supplements. With frog fuel you can get the same amount of protein with just two 1 oz packets then it would be to drink 24 oz of any other protein. There is hands down nothing on the market that can do what frog fuel does!

These small protein packs are super convenient, travel-ready, and extremely easy on the stomach!! They were a little bit of an acquired taste for me initially, but I adjusted after about a week or two. (I am very picky!) I love that I can grab 1-2 of these and drink them in a snap either before a workout or after dinner if notice I have not reached my protein intake for the day. Frog Fuel is made in the USA by our precious Veterans, so it can't get any better than this to buy an incredible product from a reputable company built by Veteran's!! :)
