I've been using EVL for many years. I used to take just the BCAA Energy, or BCAA Lean Energy and mix in a scoop of their EV Electrolyte after every workout to replenish my Electrolytes as well. But along came their new BCAA Energy with Electrolytes mixed in. It's been my go to after a workout or if I need a "natural" feeling pre-workout. This supplement tastes good, mixes well, and will help with your recovery after a hardcore intense workout. I'm 43 years old and do Crossfit. And when you have a high intensity workout like I do every day, you need something to replenish your body. This is by far my favorite go to supplement.
