Great Soap Dispenser

Very well made. We have had this Premium Soap & Lotion Dispenser DA502105 for 11 years with no problems. It worked reliably with all kinds of dish detergents that we've purchased. Only recently did a spring in the pump fail and the pump action stopped working. We called customer service and we were promised a new unit at no charge to be shipped to us. Looking forward to receiving it and replacing our older one. Thank you.

Appears well-made, but extremely finicky about the soap consistency

I have all but given up on getting mine to pump reliably. Every soap I've tried- liquid, gel etc just don't pump reliably. I usually end up pumping 10-12 times before the dispenser spits out a tiny amount of soap. I really wish I had never had this installed in the first place, because now if I get rid of it, I'll have to deal with the hole in the bathroom counter.
