if you're trying to build a good sized log this fiber will help you. if you know you know. if you really really want to clean yourself out take half of the bottle mix it with water and drink it all down it'll feel like a sludge but just do it. then take tablespoon of castor oil and you will have a very solid hardened log running through you cleaning everything out. had a bunch of garlic for an added blowout bonus.

If you like TANG…

I grew up with my Grandmother drinking Metamucil every day. I would ask to try it and wrinkle my nose to the texture. Funny how things go, I actually look forward to having a glass of Metamucil everyday myself, now. The flavor and grittiness have improved ten fold over the years. Have used ever since i learned this comes strictly from corn husks. who knew?!. Check/ compare contents on others. They contain oil based, petroleum products. Not good for bodies.
