amazing to improve night sleep

This supplement helps me improve my sleep, very good combination, that no other brands offer. Optimum Nutrition as for me is the best brand of high quality supplements.

Workout supplement

I ordered this based on reviewing the actual nutritional content of expensive, highly-advertised workout supplement tablets. These ZMA tablets are much more, economical, and the workout performance improvement is backed by scientific studies, not just manufacturer claims (sorry, you have to Google it yourself). I've taken it for just over a week now and I'm already noticing somewhat improved stamina and reduced soreness. It's too early to tell if that is due to the ZMA alone, but early indications are positive. Medical evidence indicates this is safe to take for a period of time, but not indefinitely. Apparently your body doesn't like "too much" zinc for an extended period of time. My purpose is to improve my endurance and workout duration, then stop taking these while I "plateau" at a higher level of fitness.
