Great supplement!

This is the best Milk thistle supplement among the others! High dose of liver cleansing herb and easy to take capsules. The only thing that I would change about this product is capsules - I prefer gelatin capsules and not vegetarian ones. But it is what it is. Besides that everything is perfect! Definitely commanded.

I feel great after I take it!

Even though I'm not sure you're supposed to (?) I've been noticing—and IDK if anyone else gets this—that some time after I take milk thistle I get this weird but really good feeling in my body. I can't really describe it, but I decided that because of this I would order a stronger kind I read about from Lean. This did not disappoint. The feeling I get happens about an hour or two after I take it and because it's a good feeling it leads me to believe my body is responding well to this/it is having a good effect on me. My liver has been much healthier from taking milk thistle in general over the years, even before I found this better version. All of my levels are great and numbers are in the green with my bloodwork (even after having chronic hepatitis and only recently being cured). I can imagine this better, more powerful version will only amplify that. Thank you, Lean Nutraceuticals!
