FYI

Can't answer question directly so a correct full case will be 20 packs of nine segments each. They use a lot of coconut oil as it last better but really don't taste like coconut thankfully. It's edible, kinda like a big cookie, not a very good cookie but palatable. Will know for sure and update stars when my case gets here. Kicking myself for throwing out expired ones.
