Wah wah wah… let me start by saying this desk is 73 pounds. That is good for being made solid and sturdy, but it is bad for the brown truck person or for you carrying it inside. It is an attractive desk when fully assembled but even then, it is a two person lift unless just slid. It also means the box may take a beating during transit, but it is packed very well in three-inch foam which protects it well. It is called a “two” person desk, that is not just for office or gaming stations, it is for assembly as well. Assemble, work, and play together. Good relationship test. It can be assembled by one person but allow some time and use a dolly. (Not the Parton kind) The directions are professionally written and clear with one exception. There are little arrow/bolt/pin looking items on them that are not clarified well. They refer to holes on the metal frame supports that make identical looking parts vastly different when placed and assembled. LOOK FOR THE HOLES. You must make sure you see how the part is oriented and if you do that you should have no problem. Once you know this the instructions are noticeably clear. (Mine were for the “C” plan “Long Straight Desk with Storage Shelves”). I would advise that you look at the pictures closely. It looks so easy that you will miss simple things. I made errors as I thought I could assemble without looking at the pics a couple of steps. Every piece was labeled and marked. The screws and small pieces were also all individually bagged and marked with a letter to help identify which part you needed to use; the tools sufficient although I did use my cordless driver on large areas. The included stubby Phillips length is necessary for some areas. Spacious desk with shelves ideal for storing books or documents or displaying decorative items, providing enough space for your monitor, laptop, or other office supplies so that everything you need is available. Shelves can be customized according to your needs and can be installed on the right or left side. The metal X-frame crossbar adds stability and durability to the desk in any configuration. The two storage shelves panel can be moved out to the upper or lower level, to make room for a computer tower. I would prefer that the adjustment allowed another inch in separation to allow a tower to be placed on its side. Really its only design flaw for me. I really like this desk from design to assembly to actual functionality and use.

I am very satisfied with this table, it is strong and the desk is big with a lot of space. I have two monitors and a laptop with room to write. It took me three weeks to find the perfect desk and I looked at many reviews. I am 5.1 woman and I was able to put this together easily by myself.
