I ordered 2 of the HEPA pre-filters. I received several e-mails stating that my 2 pre-filters were on the way. However, I received only one of the pre-filters. It took me a very long time to figure out how to contact Walmart about the error. The Walmart agent I spoke to did agree to refund the price of the one I did not receive. It has been several days but I have not received the credit. However I believe that I will ultimately get it.
