I do like the purple tint to show application

I have used other non name brand glue sticks. For my crafting it is important that the glue is slippery enough that I can easily align paper on paper edges to get the perfect alignment needed. So the right glue consistency is very important, which this one has. I ONLY got this since it was a flash deal. I was a bit concerned about the temporary purple dye, but it IS nice for seeing where the coverage is. This no issues! Love it! 🥰

Purple When Wet, Clear When Dry

Elmer's Disappearing Glue Sticks are my favorite glue sticks. They are smaller, for smaller hands to be able to use the glue sticks easily on any project. The smaller size also allows for the glue stick to be used up before the glue inside hardens and becomes unusable (which does happen when the glue stick is stored for a long time). The great part about these glue sticks is that the glue is purple when it is first used, and then dries to clear when it is fully dry. This lets you know that the application area has been covered, and then also shows when the glue has fully dried. This is a great product.
