Bought this set to supplement two 18 piece sets. When you open our refrigerator after a couple of days of freshly made meals, many of the 3.2 cup containers will be there full of left overs. They are just about the right size to hold two to three servings. We don't worry about what foods are stored or consuming leached plastic from storage. Containers remain crystal clear time

These containers are more expensive than the food inside, but they are worth it for saving time. They enable us to go from freezer to microwave to table to dishwasher in one bowl. I like how the lids are the same size for different size container.
