Good old Franklin. I miss his PBS television show. Can they do some Eastern North Carolina BBQ sauce and do it well? Oh Yeah boy howdy they do! I'm going to make my late Fathers shredded BBQ brisket (when I can afford to buy me some brisket). Get me a good crusty kaiser roll to mop it all up with and go to food Nirvana!!!!!! But for now I've used it with chicken and pork. Gonna make BBQ pork chops tonite. Man, that's some good eatin"!!

It was very very spicy. I was expecting a sauce with more of a tang from the vinegars in the ingredients . I added steak sauce, white vinegar and more worshester sauce to tame the heat. Would recommend to anyone who prefers heat in their bbq sauce.
