Bought for anxiety relief

Because of her chest size, (Whippet mix @ 35 lbs, 21 inches neck to tail and 28 inch chest). I went with XL. It is not as tight as a Thunder shirt and a little long, more like a tight t shirt, but she likes it better than the Thunder shirt. It zips from neck to back, under the belly, right to the tail so you do need to unzip for bathroom breaks, male or female. Because of the extra length due to size I take her back legs out and loosely tie it over her back for potty breaks. Well worth it for us.

These fit my dog perfectly! I'm back today to order the other two colors!!! You will need to glance at the directions first (I put it on backwards the first time)!!!! I wish they came in a warmer type of fabric for the weather in northern climates! Also, she had suffered an injury yesterday to the metacarpal on both front paws. I put a topical antibiotic on it and wrapped with self adhesive gauze. the front legs have protected the bandages, and she hasn't bothered them at all!!

This worked wonderfully to help prevent our dog, with allergies, from ripping his skin open with his nails, while scratching. Lightweight so its not super hot. It does run a bit large in size. Our dog is 18.5 pounds and medium height. I ordered a medium and wish I had ordered a small.
