Roasting pan with rack.

I like this A LOT! I was taking a gamble that a store bought rack of ribs would fit perfectly. They don't-however if a move the ribs diagonally it's fine. The selling point for me was the rack keeps the ribs from cooking in its rendered fat. The ribs come out beautifully. I'm going to try making my own turkey jerky on it. It'll be fresh and not loaded down with chemicals.

Saved Christmas dinner. I purchased a 25 pound prime rib for dinner three days before Christmas. Unfortunately, the roast tray I own and the tray I have used for years, was too small. I panicked.
