Protein drink - add 2 scoops of simply tera's to 6-8 ounces of ice-cold water, lactose-free milk, or milk substitute and shake well. Smoothies - add to your simply tera's protein drink 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds and 5 ice cubes (unless fruit is frozen) and blend until smooth. I really like it!
It's a decent light protein powder with somewhat neutral taste and blends easily in my smoothies. The ingredients are all organic. It's a concentrated whey so it's the whole milk product just concentrated by drying it which provides you with a full range of nutrients and therefore is a wholesome protein source. The package is simple and effective. The product appears to have a rather long shelf life. I don't have smoothies on a daily basis. I usually take them when I don't have time for a regular breakfast/meal and some times my container is held for a longer than average period but it still feel fresh when go back to it even if it's been many months since I've opened it. I don't refrigerate it just keep it closed in the pantry. It's a little pricey but I'm pleased. If this review helped you please like my review. Thanks!

Excellent!
I love this protein powder so much. It's my first time taking whey protein and the taste is bearable and milky. I do mix this with unsweetened cocoa powder for my chia seed pudding and I can't taste a thing, nor does it affect the consistency of my breakfast. I think this is the perfect supplement to my diet and fitness lifestyle, i take half a scoop. Top tier quality.
