The best I have found.
This is the second of these I own. I use it every day to cook two grilled cheese sandwiches. My original pan still looks new and I bought the second just to have as a back up. The pan is extremely well constructed. The thickness provides even heat distribution (always preheat in accordance with their guidance) and the non-stick surface shows no sign of deterioration after >500 uses. Everyday at 7:00 pm I cook 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and I have been doing this for 8 years. This is the first pan I have had that lasted more than a year. Because of this pan I have purchased several all-clad pieces and each one is a great piece of cookware. I like all-clad products so much I now buy them as gifts for family because I want others to enjoy it as much as I.

Poor shipping package for a great item.
Fery solid high quality item which should last a long time. The only issue was with the packaging for shipment. The item had some dunnage packed around it but was still.loose in the box. When i received it, fhe handle was sticking out through the side of the box. I won't know how it wasn't danaged in transite. No damage or scratches. Very sloppy packaging that should be improved.
