This dry treatment goes on clear without any chalking or residue, absorbing excess oil at the roots without drying out the ends: refreshing and revitalizing instantly while adding texture and volume. EVO produces sulfate free shampoos that won't leave your scalp dry, irritated or itchy, and Water Killer is also free from propylene glycol and parabens. For an extra refreshing boost and staying styling powder, use this product with Salty Dog Salt Spray and complete your look with Haze Styling Powder.

THe best fragrance ever in a hair product
