Awesome mop

I have been looking for a good mop for months to replace the wet wipes. Don't get me wrong - I like the wet wipes mop, I like the fact that you don't need to wring the mop and carry a bucket with you. And you can just wipe the floor and toss the wipe. But the wipes are so expensive. Thankfully I found this MicroTwist microfiber twist mop. It works like a miracle. You don't have to wring the mop with your bear hands and whatever strength you are supposed to have. It does it for you. I really like the microfiber strings as the are very soft and pick up dirt very easily. The package says you can use it dry for dusting. I haven't really tried it yet, but I think it will work as well as it works when wet. It doesn't drip and destroy hard floor at all unless you just don't wrong it after submerging it in water. It does make my life easier. I have a cat and I have been struggling with cat hair forever. Gladly this mop picks up every last piece of hair it comes across. I mean what else can you ask for?! I would definitely recommend this mop to people who are tired of wasting money on wet wipes or who are tired of using too much strength to twist a mop.

Great quality!

I've never really liked mopping, I didn't like having to wring out the mops by hand, and sponge mops seemed to break after three or four uses. When the floors needed mopping, I'd even resort to wiping the floor off with a wet towel. I was unsure, but happy to try this mop. I found that it was much easier to use than a towel -- or other mops that I've tried. Further, I really liked that I didn't have to wring out the mop by hand, nor has it broken after a few uses, either. It was so easy to rinse with the twisting mechanism, and the fibers are very absorbent -- without holding onto to the dirty water when rinsed -- so I wasn't just redistributing dirt around the floor by spreading more and more dirty water around. Instead, it was like a clean mop each time I went back to mop up another section of the floor. The microfibers are absorbent enough to mop up wet spills yet, when dry, it also works very well as a loooong-handled duster, or for simply dusting the floor edges. Altogether, it works remarkably well and is really easy for me to use every time I need to mop.

A great mop!

I want to start off saying that, a mop will always do a better job cleaning a floor than a pad wiped over sprayed solution. This mop is no exception. I was very pleased with how much noticeably cleaner my floor was after using this mop. My son even commented on how clean the floors were. The best part about this mop was that I didn't have to put my hands on the dirty mop to wring it out. That is where the "twisty" thing is so great. It was a little awkward to use at first. And, yes, I did read the instructions on the back. After mopping a couple of rooms I got the hang of it. Your right hand goes closest to the mop head and your turn it toward your left side. Your left hand is up on the handle more and you turn it toward your right side. I squeezed out the water way better than I could have done with my hands. Now, as easy as it sounds, it took a few tries to get the hang of it. I discovered that if your right hand turns right, and your left hand turns left, you will unscrew the cap on the inside that holds the mop ends together so that the twisting will work. Easy enough to screw back in and twist the other way for proper function. Also, I did not get my mop to "fan out" like the instructions showed. It sort of stayed in a lump all together. Which this did not hinder it's functioning at all. I have found the mop I will be using from now on.
