bad online experience

this is a great phone and I really like how fast we got it but they did not scan the phone and we had to make another trip which is a 34 mile round trip back to Walmart just to get it scanned and then come home and try to get the phone switched over I wish they would let people know that when you buy one online that you may have to bring it back to the store and get it scanned they they had to refund us for the phone and we had to turn around and buy the phone again cost us $3 and a half more than what we paid for it to start with so we had to buy gas twice to go to Walmart plus $3 and a half charge just to get the phone scanned which should have did when we purchased it the first time online it would have got five stars if it had not been for this.
