Garlic

No effects on my stomach. It is easily swallowed. You don't burp this garlic like other garlic pills. Odorless. Tasteless. In 2019, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. Dr wanted me on statins. I told him that I wanted to try it myself first because statins have bad side effects. Cholesterol is slowly coming down.
