I wanted to review this because there are a lot of probiotics out there that aren’t effective. This one is legit. And I say this as someone who takes gut health very, very seriously. Just keep in mind that probiotics won’t do you any good if you aren’t (1) drinking enough water and (2) eating enough fiber (both soluble and insoluble, from a variety of sources).

I can’t remember which Renew bottle it was but the one with the spore strain is really powerful….. lacto strains combined with a spore strain is really great to take orally, spore stains are very effective especially for IBS, immune, over-antibiotic use, bloating….etc. they ingrain themselves into the intestinal wall; this is great for oral use but making my yogurt I use other different low count strains.
