I love this shake. I use it for overnight oats or just a plain shake with milk and almond butter. You'll never know it is a protein/carb shake. Most protein shakes I've tried have this chalky consistency. Not this one. I would recommend anyone tried to reach their fitness goals to try this shake.

This is my first purchase of Rich Piana products. I've tried a handful of other whole food and protein products, all good, but was very much intrigued by 5% Nutrition. Both the whole food and protein powders arrived shortly after submitting my online order. They were very well packaged and secure. Love the banana bread flavour whole food powder mix. Looking forward to trying the protein powder in the next few weeks. Very pleased with my purchase of 5% Nutrition products.
